西安科技大学高新学院是经教育部批准，由西安科技大学主办的全日制普通本科独立学院，也是获国家批准招收外国留学生的院校之一。学院从西安科技大学现有的本科专业中精选出部分特色优势专业作为重点建设和发展的专业，开设本、专科专业36个，涵盖理、工、管、文、艺等多个学科门类，在校学生近1.5万人，是陕西省在校生人数规模最大的独立学院之一。
学院自2003年起就开始了国际交流以及留学生教育事业，学院与国外多所大学之间交流合作日益密切。学院于2014年7月成立汉语国际教育教研室和海外中文教育研究中心，主要面向海内外进行汉语和中国文化教育，承担开展汉语国际教育专业教学科研工作和招收国际学生的任务,是学校国际文化交流的重要窗口。我校为外国留学生设立多项奖学金，现已形成留学生学历生、长期语言进修生、短期语言进修生、预科生及交换生的多渠道发展格局。
Xi'an Keda Gaoxin University is a full-time ordinary undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Xi’an University of Science and Technology, and is also one of the institutions approved by the state to recruit foreign students. From the existing undergraduate majors of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, the college has selected some of the characteristic advantages of the major as the key construction and development of the major, and opened 36 undergraduate and specialist majors, covering science, engineering, management, literature, arts and other disciplines, with nearly 15,000 students, which is the independent college with the largest number of students in Shaanxi Province.
Since 2003, the College has been engaged in international exchange and education for international students, and the College has been cooperating with many foreign universities. （二）材料初选Preliminary selection of materials
学校将根据我国留学生招生要求及我校具体招生细则对报名材料进行初步筛选。符合标准的报名者将进入面试环节。
The school will conduct a preliminary screening of the application materials according to the enrollment requirements of international students in China and the specific enrollment rules of our school. Applicants who meet the criteria will be interviewed.
（三）远程面试Online interview
来华留学生应掌握基本的中文语言基础，面试时能用中文做2-3分钟的自我介绍，并对自己个人信息、来华目的、期望以及未来工作的发展方向做出大概的介绍。面试过程中，学生与评审老师的交流时间应不少于5分钟。
International students coming to China should master the basic Chinese language foundation, and be able to introduce themselves in Chinese for 2-3 minutes during the interview, and make a general introduction to their personal information, study purpose, expectations and the development direction of future work. During the interview, the communication time between the student and the reviewer should be no less than 5 minutes.
（四）录取Admission
